About: Pure is an exclusive personal training gym situated in Stoke Bishop, Bristol. Finished to the highest specification with Life Fitness equipment, Pure’s facilities include a 1,200 square feet fully air conditioned gym, modern male and female changing rooms, two treatment rooms providing sports massage and Hypnotherapy, together with private car parking.

Pure was opened in November 2006 and is now a well established gym specialising in one-to-one training, Pure’s client goals can vary from weight loss, body toning, and increasing muscle mass to posture development, basic fitness improvement, and marathon training. With a client base ranging from 16-75 years old, no one will feel out of place training at Pure.

Through constant motivation, personal training at Pure will help you to get the best from your exercise time and maintain a more structured fitness regime. From the initial consultation they will assess immediate and long-term requirements and construct a progressive programme tailored to suit the individual. Pure’s team of four trainers, Chris, Darren, Ben and Kirsty, can also provide advice on other areas including sport-specific training, nutritional advice and injury rehabilitation.

Gym membership is also available for Pure’s clients. With no initial joining fee, spaces are limited to no more than 50 members. This is aimed to keep the gym environment personal and non-intrusive.
